Inspired by flavors from across the United States, I created a menu that turns America's regional favorites into bold, creative hot dogs.  Each on represents a different stop on a cross-country journey, bringing together the tastes, traditions and personality that makes every state unique.​What started as a passion for great food and big ideas grew into something more: a place where people gather, try something new, and enjoy an experience that's just as fun as it is delicious.
